THE WHO

Welcome to the University of Nebraska Omaha. The Cashiering/Student Accounts office is committed to providing quality service to our customers. The responsibilities of the Cashiering/Student Accounts are:

- Billing of student charges and accounts
- Collection of past due student accounts
- Answering questions about items on student bills
- Administration of Perkins Loans
- Cashiering needs such as cashing personal checks, etc.
- MAT bus tickets can also be purchased here


THE WHAT

Summer 2012 tuition due dates
Tuition and fees for the summer semester are due May 23, 2012. Ebills will be sent on April 27, 2012.
Spring 2012 tuition due dates
Tuition and fees for the spring semester are due February 23, 2012. Ebills will be sent on January 30, 2012.
Fall 2011 tuition due dates
Tuition and fees for the fall semester are due September 23, 2011. Ebills will be sent on August 30, 2011.
Late payment fees will be assessed if not received by this due date.

Financial Aid News - Financial aid disbursement will initially generate on May 7 for Summer so students could see their direct deposits within 3- 5 days after that and checks 7 -10 days. Please verify your banking account information via Mavlink if planning on receiving a direct deposit. Thanks.

1098T News - 1098T's have been processed and were mailed on January 24, 2012. They were mailed to your address that is on file. If you have not received your 1098T and your permanent address on file is incorrect, your 1098T may be in our office. They can also be viewed via Mavlink under the Finances tab. On the right side under View, click on Tax Information. Non US citizens that do not have a Social Security Number on file can receive a 1098T upon request. Please contact the Cashiering/Student Accounts office in Eppley 109.


Pay Tuition and Housing via credit card
Tuition and Housing bills can be paid online via Mavlink. Click on the link below to login to pay.
Due to regularly scheduled maintenance, we will be unable to accept credit card payments from midnight to 2:00pm on the third Sunday of each month.
